Installation of bathtub in a new wooden frame. New waste plumbing as well as new mixer tap with shower head. The frame was then covered with OSB and tiled.
Complete make-over of a staircase without landing along with painting of rail, balusters and newel posts. Finished in thread only style with melamine board for the face of the stair in white. Very durable and easy to clean.
Flooring of 3 bedrooms upstairs, hallway and the living room. Complete with moisture barrier for the living room and underlay for each room. Ample wall-panel gap was introduced to acomodate for expansion and movement of the panels. Inexpensive but pleasant to the eye and durable.
Routing of ethernet cables behind the plaster board and skirting for wired internet connection with aggregation point in the loft. The sockets were installed in 3 bedrooms, living room and downstairs hallway for wireless access point.
Painting and redecorating of an apartment. Sealing damp areas, cleaning of mould, repairing cracks in the walls and ceilings. Painting of skirting, door frames and doors. Hanging wallpaper on living room creating an accent wall. Hanging the TV on the wall of the living room and installation of smart relays for smart lighting around the apartment.
Tiling around free-standing bathtub with window sills done as well as tiling above wash basin. Cavity in the concrete wall filled with wooden framing for additional support of the tiles. A mirror cabinet was then affixed to the wall.
Covering of an unused door with wooden framing and cladding and installing a radiator. The radiator was then connected to existing plumbing.
Installation of skirting board on a newly laid down laminate flooring. With 45 degree angles on outside corners and coping fit on the inside ones. Gaps between skirting and the wall was then filled with caulking for a professional look.
